Starting with your product specifications, we will work together with our partners to conceptualize a viable manufacturing process, design and manufacture the required tooling, and set up the process for series production. Throughout all of this FMEA’s are used to guide the development work.

This is followed by stringent validation and PPAP
(Pre Production Approval Process) to ensure that the process is capable of meeting all of our customer’s specifications, prior to
us commencing with series production.
